Where Authority Meets Identity
Inner Edge CEO was created from one central understanding:
Lasting success is built from the inside out.
Long before I began working in identity architecture, I spent nearly three decades in luxury retail, client relationships and leadership.
My career in London began in 1996 and developed across British and American luxury brands, culminating in my position as Retail Director, London at Asprey.
I worked privately with royalty, celebrities, ultra-high-net-worth clients and people in the public eye. I also led teams within demanding environments where expectations were exceptionally high, standards were exacting and discretion was essential.
From the outside, these worlds often appear polished and effortless.
Behind the scenes, I saw something far more human.
I saw extraordinary ambition, talent and achievement.
But I also understood the invisible pressure of being the person everyone expects to be certain. The person who must make the decision, hold the standard, protect the reputation and continue performing, regardless of what may be happening internally.
I learned that authority does not automatically create self-trust.
Status does not remove uncertainty.
And external success does not protect us from outgrowing the identity that helped us achieve it.
The identity beneath the role
This understanding was shaped not only by my career, but by my own life.
I have experienced chapters that required me to rebuild my identity, reconsider what I believed was possible and move forward without the certainty I once relied upon.
Through that process, I came to understand that identity is not a job title, a relationship, a reputation or the version of us that other people have learned to expect.
It is the internal architecture from which we make decisions, establish boundaries, build relationships, lead others and create what comes next.
When that foundation is strong, success feels aligned.
When it is not, even the most capable person can find themselves questioning decisions, repeating patterns or feeling disconnected from the life they have worked so hard to build.
This is where Inner Edge CEO began.
The Inner Edge
The advantage that changes everything is often the one nobody else can see.
It is the ability to remain anchored under pressure.
To trust yourself when the answer is not obvious.
To recognise when an old identity has reached its limit.
To evolve without abandoning who you are.
Today, I bring my real-world leadership experience together with executive coaching, NLP, Belief Coding® and identity-level work.
This goes beyond surface-level confidence or performing a more impressive version of yourself.
It is about understanding the beliefs, patterns and internal expectations shaping how you lead, decide and respond. It is about strengthening the identity capable of holding your next level of success without sacrificing your wellbeing, relationships or sense of self.
A private, human approach
I work privately and discreetly with leaders, founders, senior professionals, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and people in the public eye.
Every engagement is personal because every identity has been shaped by a different history.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
It is to help you recognise what is no longer aligned, release the patterns that are quietly limiting you and build the internal certainty to move forward as yourself.
