Private sessions will not be recorded without your knowledge and specific permission.

Providers may only process information for the relevant service and according to their contractual and legal obligations.

If you join a Facebook community or use another external platform, that provider also processes information under its own privacy policy.

International Transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where this happens, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Our usual periods are:

  • Client contracts and essential administrative records: up to six years after services end

  • Financial and tax records: normally six years

  • Coaching intake information and session notes: normally up to two years after the final session

  • Testimonials: while they remain relevant or until consent is withdrawn
